Help!! On Diff Has It Broke How To....

Hi there I have a Hot Bodies cyclone wce I have the spool diff, One side is just spinning around when you turn the wheel and not doing aythink and the other side when you turn the wheel its turns all 4 wheels. Ive taken it apart one cupling fell out and the other Is in there solid Could it be worn pins? How to remove the pins??? and how to take the other drive shaft cupling out?. Thnaks Louis will be Greatfull for any replies
