"The FIA is to appoint an official with special responsibility for ensuring that McLaren treats its two drivers equally at next weekend’s world title-deciding Brazilian Grand Prix." What has it got to do with the FIA how McLaren prepare their cars? If they were developing new parts, but only had enough for one car (which does happen sometimes), would they stop them putting them on one car? Back the f**k away you power mad idiots!  G
