Default how to stop a bouncy b44

hey guys. Basicly my problem is when my associated b44 goes down the straight on our track, its bounces alot more bouncy than the other cars, it spends more time in the air than on the ground. What Suspension set up should i be looking at to stop it bouncing? Should i go stiffer or softer? Right now the rear has silver springs and 25wt oil, and the fronts are 35wt, green springs. Thanks for reading
