Dynamix- Seaham dates

with reference to a few questions i have received and a thread i have read on the Jarrow club Thread



I have used Ian's calender dates to cross check the dates as both clubs are to run on Sundays with Dynamix 10-4pm and seaham running 5-9.
hopefully Dynamix will be able to offer running on a Tuesday and or Thursday evenings 6pm -9pm during the summer.

if funding is available and we can get a viable lighting system sorted out and depending on interest and the most importantly.
I feel the best thing to do is to put the dates in the calender and work together, to ensure both venues stay sustainable and retain the interest and increase the driver base in the northeast as the venues offer completely different surfaces and set ups
With reference to the questions relating to Dynamix membership and race fees as like every club - recreational activity there is a membership fee and a fee witch is vital for the clubs to use for working capital and cash flow to buy new equipment and to pay the rent.
I have done some research in to the average membership fee and race fee
from my findings and taking in too connsideration the running cost / overheads. the club Secretary and I have set out what we feel is a very affordable / reasonable fees and more importantly a value for money.

season 2012
Membership is £10 for adults and £5.00 for under 16's
with race fees set at £8.00 non Members £5.00 Members

as previously posted i am looking to run the first Dynamix open competition on Sunday 25 March
I have received a lot of initial interested in the day. but for it to go ahead it needs 15 drivers or more to proceed.
if you would like to book in please pm or email me with your name class of car and pt number to allow me gauge the numbers and make the booking in process as problem free as possible.
fees on the day are £8.00 per class or £10.00 for 2class. i will have membership forms available on the day or email the club secatary
