caster fusion f18 esc

Hi folks

after some help, have got the caster f18 and cannot seem to get the ESC set up half way decent on the kit rtr radio, have tried to reset it several times but it always seems to have a big deadband then feels like the power comes in at XX% rather than being linear and smooth, perhaps im asking to much but at the moment at our venue which is wooden floor its almost impossible to drive, i believe the esc is hobbywing 25a but not 100% and I have managed to download the manual and reset everything on it and reset the radio
