Ansmann 60A esc, what max motor?

Dear Guy's, there's a 60A esc in my RTR rat, with a 12T motor.
Now my question, what would be the max motor for a 60A esc?

Iám using 5000A 35c lipo's, so I could use some more speed, or must I look for other pinons then 21T.
