Looking for ESC Brushless

Any suggestion for ESC? and Motor? Combination which are driveable for a newbie..... I don't like a motor that can flip the car backward when fully press the throttle....this what I mean not driveable.

I need fastest motor but not showing this signs.

Any suggestion....pleaaaassseeeee......
