Brushless capacitors

Under the end cap, wires end, of the motor, (Nosram brushless), there appears to be 3 surface mount capacitors. On a motor I recieved as part of a bundle, 1 of tha capacitors has come off. Could this be replaced with capacitors, you would use on a brushed motor. cheers in advanced
