Quick 370 motor?

What is a quick 370 sized motor? I've had a look around and it's hard to even tell if 'micro modified' motors are even the correct size.

I have a Tamiya black motor which I've not tried yet, but I imagine it won't be the quickest thing ever - I want something with a bit of performance. I heard about some graupner speed300 motor being good, but again I've no idea.

I'll probably have to get a new ESC - what's a good but cheap ESC for these little badboys?
