Diff oil..lube..?

I've had a quick search and can find lots of info on building Diffs but no stand out info on what Oil or lube/grease people are using inside the diffs.

I'm planing on doing a diff rebuild in a few weeks and was wondering what people are using... Madrat, X2 etc etc...same diff
