Touring car stock esc recommendations

I am looking to buy an esc to match with my 13.5t lrp x12.

I was looking at the hobbywing extreme stock as there are good reviews and strong support for set up advice.
However I did hear that this might be replaced with a new model very soon???

And have also now had a recomdation for a team powers Xps sport Esc that is released this month. Both are arround the £70 mark.

I might also run 10.5t in the future but that will the the motor limits. Any thoughts or comments please.
