Hi, jus bought an xbox with....... WITH XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT AND 14 MONTHS GOLD MEMBERSHIP from another oopler, dont want to mention name just yet, have wrote to him 3 times now in 24 hours with no reply.

There was quite a few games too. But since ive had it, I havent been able to use the xbox live account, because who ever owned it before is still using this facilty.

I was on it when I set it up, but then the other geezer signed in so that knocked me offline. Now he has somehow changed the sign in details.

Where do I stand now to question if this upto sale description??

I paid via paypal, not as gift. Would I be able to get money back???
