Hi,
I've found that running a slower motor in my 2wd has made me quicker as it makes me more smooth and consistent. I now feel I need a slightly faster motor to get some extra speed down the straights. Is there any reason not to go for a super fast 6.5 turn motor and use the throttle end point adjustment on the transmitter to slow it down a bit and maybe increase the pinion size to make it less punchy? I can't decide what turn motor to go for, so going for the fastest and then slowing it down seems like a good idea to me. If this works, why doesn't everyone buy the fastest motor possible and trim it back to suit the track layout?
Any advice would be apreciated, thanks
Jay.
