B4.1 bearings in hubs

Hi,

I'v got a problem with the bearing in my B4.1 hubs.
The bearings turn around in side it. It's no thigth fit..
They just fall out of the hub.What could I do to make is a snug fit?
Does this means I have to buy new hubs?

I have already tried with new bearings but still the same...

Any help or tips would be great!
