Lipo Advice

Evening folks.

I need some advice on looking after lipos. Bought a couple of packs of 6200mAh 60c 7.4v lipo stick packs. Basically can I have a bit of advice looking after these so I don't fluff these up:

1. Charging
2. Storing between weekly race meetings
3. Storing for a long period of time
4. Discharging for storage purposes

I'm using a LRP Pulsar 3.

Any advice and tips would be cool.
