B4 Shock Springs

After racing on saturday, I talked to robin who noticed my shock springs had alot of c ring spacers on them. I got home and looked in the spares I got with my B4, there are a few sets of shock springs of varying colours. I have no idea what the difference is and what ones I should be using indoors. here are some pics of the different ones,

any suggestions, I also have a huge assortment of c ring spacers too. Also I have no idea what oil is already in the shocks.
