Cougar SV setup for Coventry

I was just wondering if anyone could give me some basic setup guidelines for the track at Coventry. My car is currently factory setting, and with so many possible setup parameters I really don't know whereto start

This weekend will be my first race

I hope to make a reasonable start. Thanks!
