EDIT 1:

I've made the lists based on who is booked in for either day. I think to be fair though, if enough people still want to do it beyond those already down then I may ask people to pick just 1 day and open up the other place to another member. If no one else is interested then the lists will stay as they are

Edit 2: I misread Nathan's entry status so he is down as provisional now. The teams need to be submitted to Ian by the end of November.
