Default basic indoor 210 setup

hi guys, i know theres loads of setup sheets on the durango site, but they arnt working for me. Im looking for a nice and easy basic setup for indoor carpet, with fairly large jumps.

At present im running 1.3/4 32.5w dark red front 1.3/5 30w light green rear ( losi oils)

Car feels very very unsafe, have no confidence over small or large jumps, been experimenting with wings too, had one with full gurney cut ( front end lifted) and now running with full gurney on ( slightly better)

Looking at the online setup sheets, alot of drivers are running totally different setups, and i dont really know what to commit to and try out.

Just want something thats going to be balanced ever jumps, and where i dont have to brick myself everytime i run over a jump, plus its that bad, ive only finished 4 of 9 races with it so far, due to things popping off or breaking!!!

And would like to add, i dont regard myself a novice driver, im just a bit lazy when it comes to car setups.

Thanks in advance
Chris
