Starting a buggy club in south east

Very interested in starting an indoor buggy club in my neck of the woods , wondered if anybody could give me some advice on how to go about it and what equipment I need and where to get it from?
If I can get this up and running it would be around Stansted airport area.
Would anybody be interested? ,if so leave an acknowledgement so to see if it is worth my while.
