Which ESC should i buy?

Hi
I am starting back up racing after a 20 yrs break

and I'm after a little advice, I am going to buy a Schumacher cougar sv but I don’t know which ESC to buy as I'm a little out of touch. I want to go Brushless and use Lipo batteries. I'm looking at spending around £100
Any help or advice would be great.
