Shocks oil clarification, 450, 350....?

HI,
i found some set up sheets were in the oil field there are numbers like 450 (front) - 350 (rear).......

I use Losi oil in my 201 shocks, but i don't know a 450 or 350 at which Losi number correspond...., 45 - 35???
