cougar - cougar SV similarities?

Noted a while back that the cougar SV chassis (the +8mm version, I think it's part no U3849) is listed as a speed option part for the club10 mkI. So I started wondering. Just how similar are they? I'm assuming they must be pretty similar (as in using the same transmission and front-end bolt patterns) or it wouldn't make sense, but then it's not listed for the club10 "turbo" or cougar 2...
