Deuce E Lipo and motor/esc

hi i'm new to electric and I am building a Deuce E and have some questions that someone maybe can help with

1. what esc motor combo would be good max price 160 GBP?
2. what Lipo to run the above?
3. Do all the 8xe parts fit the deuce?

I looked at the Ansmann Racing Xirius Pro Brushless Sensored ESC with 4.5T Motor but is the best for the money? ~ 140 GBP
and a pair of Overlander Sport Track Hard Case 11.1V 6500mAh 25C LiPo but again is this suitable?
any suggestions would be really helpful
