Vtg Car value advise - worthy of a 'sticky'?

Just wondered if the mods on here could perhaps make a 'sticky' thread for advice on selling + value of our old vintage cars??

It seems that many of the threads that appear on here are of this nature - normally posted up by people who are the un-familiar with the vintage scene, but are often met with the same responses... 'need to post pics', 'depends upon condition', 'check ebay' etc etc.

Rather than leave fellow 'Ooplers' out in the cold & exposed to opportunistic offers, maybe such a thread could be of assistance?
