Is my brushless motor broken? Please help

Just took out the Xray for a little bash, running the 6.5t Fusion Exceed Motor and ESC combo.
After the run i revved up the car and heard a little pop, then my Motor will not turn anymore.

The motor nor ESC where hot, they were only warm.

It makes a whining noise under power, thats about it.

What can i do? I only bought it a couple of weeks ago.
