I plan to join in the next few days and would appreciate a little help with tyre choices for the Tiverton track for my 1/10 electric touring car , While i realise this can be a personal thing to suit a particular car / driver / setup your opinions would be very much appreciated

Also while im asking questions , I read on the club page about personal transponders ! I would seem that i could borrow one from the club if required in the short term but in the longer term can they be bought thru the club ? If not where would i get one from .
When i was last racing the transponders we used required a hole in the bodyshell , do the personal ones require the same ?
