Default EB4-S2 going electric, which motor/ESC/battery ?

I'm considering converting my TT EB4-S2 to electric but unsure on what to buy. I know the conversion kit is available but i'd appreciate advice on what size (kv) motor, ESC & choice of Lipo(s) to buy.

I do race at a local club weekly, usually 3 heats plus final, each heat/final is 6mins long so i need to be able to last the distance. Also, i've read not to go for an over powerful motor as it could be too quick on dirt (?) & maybe to go for a 150A ESC to reduce the heat in it...

Can you buy a combo with everything req'd as i can't seem to find much out there ?

Lastly What happens about the mech brakes, do i use my throttle servo for braking only or just do away with brakes using the ESC only ?

Sorry for the lengthy post, may as well ask in one go, lol.
