How does KV rated motor scale compare to ones measured in turns?

I have a B4.1 RTR with a 3300KV motor and I see that Reedy do 3900KV, 4900KV and 6100KV.
I'm curious what these motors would be if rated in turns?
Also what is the 3300KV rated at?
