I bought some HPI bits on line on Monday the 13th of June. They still haven't arrived. I emailed them last week, no reply. Just tried phoning them, no answer and the answer machine said memory full

Does anyone know of them? Are they still trading / on holiday? I'm in no rush for the bits, but I'm a little concerned.
