Help!

So when I have my dex410 on the car stand and I'm tweaking everything I've noticed when I turn all the way left it I hear a consistant off and on grinding noise then when I hear the grinding noise it shakes the whole car. Then when I set the remote on 40% s/r it doesn't do it. Need help please!
