I have used E bay for the last few years as a buyer and seller. I have always been honest and every now and again had my fingers burnt
![]() I had/ have issues with a buyer, having sold a mobile phone. The phone was boxed, complete and in full working order. After 6 weeks i received an ebay msg requesting a refund as the phone was not working. Furthermore were after money for batteries and charger units. I responded with appropriate questions, the buyer choosing to ignore them. He then esclated to resolution centre. Money frozen from paypal, i fact from my bank as i had transferred monies out ![]() Resolution centre ruled in my favour and money went back in. However, a few weeks after all this the buyer left some damming feedback. This has effected my 100%, dropping to 96.4%, with some 200 transactions. I cannot email e bay as i have to list the item number, which gets rejected and the email will not send. Anyone successfully had feedback withdrawn and advise best way of doing it? Thanks all ![]()
