2wd 1/10th buggy Complete With Electrics needed

A friend is considering starting this hobby up, So he will need a complete kit with electrics. Looking for a current model or even a B4/Cr or X6, 40MHZ or 2.4g radio, brushless set up, spares for buggy, Lipo's and charger.

What have you got? he will let me know on Sunday 05th June, if he is serious about starting this sport up.
