Front hub upgrade

I seem to have a talent for breaking front hub carriers on my Cougar SV.

I have seen somewhere that B4 ones will fit but do I have to make any modifications or are they a straight swap?

If I do put on B4 parts how about alloy parts? has anyone done this?

If I doo beef up these parts is it likely to cause strain further up the system ie servo when the car gets a knock?
