Speedo sensor circuit repair?

I have a losi brusless 1/10 speedo.

I have checked it out and also spoken to horizon and it's likely to be the sensor circuit in the speedo.

Has anyone had any experience on fixing the circuit.


The system is the speedo will only engage if the wheels are helped to spin manually.

It's got a similar fault as if it were a brushed motor and the brushes are sticking.


Any advise will help greatly, the speedo although 18 months old has hardly been used so will be a big waste to throw away
