VW Remapped

Any VW experts out there !!!
Recently had my 2.5 TDi Toureg remapped by a specialist company at a cost of £250.

There is definately more power on tap however the car sometimes stutters on acceleration, more noticable up hill or when towing too.

Has been to VW twice and been put onto the diagnostic systems and no faults have been found.

Could this issue be caused my the map itself being faulty???

HELP!!
