lipo cells

I have at the moment 2 packs of yeah racing 5200 30c 50c burst lipo,s
how do these compare with companys like orca,team orion ,and smc cells
i do feel like i am lacking some punch compared to people i race with with the same speedo and motor,

does the charger make a diffrence i am using a cor udc-40 atm
