Default B4 Charlie Perez set up question.

I'm reading the B4 Charlie Perez set up sheets as found here on Oople. Great info that helps you understand the adjustments, rather than just copying someones set up, but I'm new to this and I'm a bit confused!...

At the beginning he talks about moving the "steering spindle" up and down, and what effects this has. Here he is talking about how the spindle height will effect bump steer.

On page two he says "the spindles are what your front tires attach to" and talks about rising or lowering these by moving the two washers to the top or the bottom. I understand here he is talking about the steering knuckles and caster blocks just behind the wheel. He says if you adjust this, remember to also add or remove bump steering spacers as you raise or lower the spindles to keep your bump steer the same.

Its the location of the bump steering spacers I'm not clear about. I think this is the same

I'm not sure what he means by the "steering spindle" at the beginning of page one. Is this just putting washers under silver ball end right by the servo?

If you've not read the document in question, I guess I'm asking how do you adjust bump steer on a B4.1
