Default Nitro block nightmare

Just painted my Dnx 408 shell, was looking nice so I decided to keep it that way by backing it with Nitro Block.

1st coat on, I returned to the shell after 30 mins to find all the paint had 'crazed'.

Looked awful, the shell was clear in parts where the paint had seemed to shrink so my pinstripes now had clear edges in places. Most annoyed.

What did I do wrong, did I not leave it to dry long enough before Nitro Blocking it, or is my nitro block buggered ?
