Help needed please

hey guys, i am a novice and need help with my truggy. i have not had it out for a while and when i got it going it is stuck on full throttle, i messed with the adjustments on the control but nothing, it eventually just cuts out after it has shot off from me! i am a novice at this so please explain it to me in an easy t...o understand way if you can, all the help will be greatly appreciated
