very hot motor!

Hi,

I just drove my B4.1 for 5-6 minutes.
I have a Spektrum DX3S (telemetry) so I can measure my temperature of my motor.
My motor was 112 degrees. I drive with a brushed motor, i had just spun him with my hudy lathe.
I have a gearing of 22/81,( and drove on grass).
I always used this gearing when I drive on our dirt track.

Can you guys help me sometimes, so he wont get that hot anymore ;D
