Default shocking shock

hey all, my first post here and i think im doing this right. But however i own a thunder tiger phoenix (Which is an associate b3) Which i have been using for carpet racing, but the shocks are way to high and to soft, so i want to replace the whole shock and piston, Anyway someone told the ae b4 shocks would fit but told me to ask here, I Want the front spring to be around 3-4cm and the rear spring to be around 4-5cm, and i need it to be quite stiff, it needs to be good for carpet racing. thanks for reading.
