Wheel Radio Sets!

Just wondering if anybody had any suggestions of a good wheel radio set? I Have a budget of £150 and would 'like' it to have adjustable wheel tension option and wheel positioning but not absolutely essential

(I am aware that i'm limited by my budget)

Any advice or comments on this radio set?
