Default Would a stock B4.1 RTR be BRCA legal for Regional Meetings?

Hello,

Thinking of starting to race, but with little experience of racing.

My weekends are often taken up with work, but it looks like I can do all but one of the Scottish Open dates of 2011, but only half of the rounds at my local track (Dunfermline). (although the dates may still change I understand!)

So would an off the shelf Team Associated RC10 b4.1 be legal for the Scottish Open, which follows BRCA electric board regs?

or would I be looking at changing the motor just to take part? I think I read that all RTR set ups are legal, to encourage new comers!

The RTR version of the b4.1 has a Reddy 3300Kv motor, but I dunno what it's turn is rated at?
