Tamiya astute

Hi all
my first post on here so maybe you guys can help me out where other's others dare to enter!
I have three astute, the last is one to use!
and i want to fit a fast motor in it and have a team vortex 13.5 gagging to jump inside!
so here's the problem the ball diff gearbox, I have heard many a coment from going on different sites it won't handle it, that may be in its present form but I'm sure something can be done or changed to get it to work!
and I don't just want to opt out and get the super astute gearbox either!
Here's what it looks like inside!
the coments I'm getting is it will just melt!
