THINKING ABOUT TRYING 2WD

I have been touring car driving for a few years - though I am a bit lousy at it

Anyway - I fancied a shake up this year and to try 10th off road 2wd.

Now I am posting a few questions before I commit to the plunge:

My closest track is eden park raceway, so with that in mind:

1. what front tyre rear tyre combo works well there in the dry?
2. what kind of motor wind - I have - oddly either a 13.5 or a 4.5;
3. How long do a set of front and rear tyres last
4. What car should I buy - bear in mind I do have electrics

Any help or guidance will be much appreciated
