Suitable 1/8 servo

Hi

I've just purchased a losi 8ight e

Can some ppl please advise me on a good quality servo? Any offers will be considered.

Is it necessary that they have to be fast? I have heard that they shouldn't be so fast or this may actually depend on your driving style?
