2011 Dunfermline Rules for Off Road Electric.

Hello,

I was trying to download the 2011 rules for Electric 1/10 Off-Road from the DDRC website...

but it seems corrupted. Anyone else having problems reading it properly?

Its called "Handbook 2011 Final with Mods" but the file seems messed up. I could only open it with the basic wordpad, which showed some of the words but lots of messed up jumble too! Not sure what's up, some kinda format issue I guess.

It goes down as far as Rule 26.2. Should there be any more?
