Finally the first test towers :D

After several weeks of tweaking the machine my first cnc'd prototypes are done.

These are nylon but I'm now all set for full production. Sorry for crapy pic..



The mill itself will be upgraded as we go along but it's now no longer hit and hope... we have full software support and touch screen control. It's also a flat bed and can mill items out of material up to 50cm x 50cm area with a depth limit of 15cm.

Can mill most things but currently ideal items are sheet based. Hubs etc will happen eventually but not quite yet.

I'm well happy with the result ... going to cnc these out of 4mm CGF first and do some racing. Can of course do carbon Fibre or alloy too.

Will be making these services available publicly for small runs etc...give me a shout if interested in anything.
