Diff Balls - Which one is best and why?

Hi,
i need some expert advice to better understand the differences between Diff balls and which is the best to use in race cars and why.
I generally use ceramic balls but there are more options and i'd like to understand them better. "The more expansive is best" rule is valid?
Tamiya offer:

Tamiya 53072 Standard Diff balls
Tamiya 53379 HCCA
Tamiya 42142 TRF Ceramic
Tamiya 53124 Tungsten-Carbide

Any help and clarification will be welcome!
